Hemangi Sawant is an author, business owner, singer, and speaker.

As a seasoned information technology professional, she has worked for companies such as Compuware Corporation, Comcast, and Leprino Foods for a decade and now owns a software firm alongside her husband.

Hemangi holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bombay University and a Diploma in Management. 

Despite a successful career in IT, Hemangi made a conscious decision to devote her time and energy to writing. She has authored her debut memoir, Denver to Mumbai—A Story of Returning Home, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to this journey.

A well-versed speaker with effective Master of Ceremonies skills, she has shouldered the responsibility of presenting national-level award in India, in addition to serving as an MC in the United States.

Hemangi lives in Houston, Texas, and when she is not working or writing, she relaxes, singing Bollywood songs.
